Happy Chinese New Year!!!!!

Like the title says, Happy Chinese New Year! Why? Well I didn't have the time to update my blog earlier and wish everyone a very happy 2012! And today is Chinese new year ^__^

Yesterday I finally did some sewing again. I am just a bit out of inspiration lately. I really have to push myself to sew something. It took me very long yesterday to decide what to sew. First i wanted to make a dress, then a petticoat, but i didn't have the right fabric. So in the end I settled for an apron, because I still did want to make one.So here it is ^^
I really like the strawberry embroidery patterns. I got them from an online seller. Its a very nice set called vintage strawberries ^^

He is an Russian hamster, they are tiny ^^ He is a little demon with his red eyes *__*His name is Chewy / ChewbakaIts soooo hard to take a picture of him because he is very fast. This one was taken with my cellphone. It was a very lucky shot, the best one I got so far -__-;

Wicked, tatting and randomnes

Hello Guys ^___^
Pff I have been busy, I am going to stop saying that I will update here more often, because I can't keep that promise anyway XD, So I will update every now and then.
Last Sunday I went to see the Dutch version of Wicked. I saw it about three years ago in London. I loved it!I was a bit worried about the Dutch version, I was afraid they would make a very bad translation, but I was surprised. It was very good actually.Afterwards, my Boyfriend bought me a t-shirt ^__^ I love it, it's cute, the image is sewn onto the t-shirt which gives it a bit of a 3D look.

This was my outfit. I choose to wear a bit casual and warm Lolita outfit. The show was in Scheveningen, which is pretty much right next to the beach, and it was cold when we left the theater. I have also done some more tatting. I am still learning. I wanted to make something I could "use". I always just make doilies or try-out thingies. So I made a bracelet with beads. The original pattern is for a choker. But I can use a bracelet more often.

I am very happy with the result, though it's not perfect, I think I am getting better ^___^.



Teehee me and my Boyfriend at a gothic and fantasy event during the Halloween weekend  ^__^

We are living together now, and we got our very first Christmas tree XD. I am soooo happy with it, but my christmas ornament collection is not so big yet, so the tree isn't very full. I still think it's cute though. I love the color combination, red and silver, it matches with the curtains ^^
Here is a view from the window of my apartment. They are building a garden in front of our flat. I saw the drawing of it, and I hope the garden will become as beautiful as the drawings. I can't wait for it to be finished ^^

Alright, that was it for now. Ow just one more thing, I want this fridge as a finishing touch (no really) for my house XD

Random update ^^

Hello there,
How are you all doing? Welcome to my new readers ^__^I haven't been around for a few weeks. So I thought it was time for a small update again.I don't have a whole lot to tell though, I am very busy with sewing and also with finding a new apartment to live in.I did get myself a cute new toy ^^I bought a Hello Kitty cell phone. It's a Samsung Star Hello Kitty version.The front The back, it didn't come with the roses, I put those on there myself.
Cute right? When I just got it, everything was in Hongarian, I don't know a single word in that language, but thank God for google translate^___^It is a great phone, very easy to use, it is a lot like my old phone, which was also a Samsung touchscreen.
With a new phone I also needed a new phone cover. I decided to sew my own Phonesock ^^I bought a very cute machine embroidery set some time ago, with cupcakes, so I thought it would be cute to use that set.

I am working on a summerdress for myself. I bought some adorable butterfly fabric some time ago, and I found some matching embroidery pattern, So I started this dress last week.It looks a bit weird here, because my dummy is bigger then I am, I am almost two sizes smaller than her, so the dress doesn't fit her at all XD.
I also bought this cute classical fabric yesterday I am not sure what to make with it yet, but I will just put it in my huge fabric stock ^^

Valentines day

Good morning Ladies and Gentleman,

As you all know, it is Valentine's day today. I didn't really plan to even think about it at all. Even though I have a wonderful Boyfriend now, I never really cared about Valentine's day, and thought I still didn't care. But, yesterday, before I left from His place, He told me to look at something, and I heard the door of my car slam close. I was wondering what He did inside my car, but He didn't tell and said I would find out soon.
When I got home, I looked for something in my bag, and, wow, I found my very first Valentine's card ever!!I never though I could be sooo very happy about a piece of thick paper. It is a very cute card to, see:


He wrote a very sweet message on it to ^___^ . It's simply the best card I ever received ^^ .

This is the first time I am celebrating Valentine's day, the card is hanging on my wall right in front of me, and I can't stop looking at it. Now I just hope He will like the little E-card I have send Him ass well ^^.

(very late) HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Hello All!

Happy new Year to all my readers ^^, I hope all of you had some great time during the holidays, I know I had ~_^ . I have spend my Christmas with my Boyfriend and mine and His family.
I wore a rather old school black X white Lolita outfit on the 1st day of Christmas.


I am wearing one of my favorite dresses, it's a old one from Metamorphose but I have no idea what the name is.

I am also wearing a Bodyline blouse and shoes, Some Baby the Stars Shine Bright socks and the belt is from H&M. I had to wear the belt with this outfit, because the waist is to big for me, and I lost the waist ties.




I also had a really fun New years Eve. I went to my Boyfriends place again, and we spend the night at a friends place.
In the afternoon we had to get some things from the supermarket, in there I spotted a Lolita. She was soooo cute. I saw her walking by, and I looked at her for a bit, when she was out of sight, I pulled my Boyfriends sleeve and said "Loooook there is another Lolita!!!!"
So he dragged me through the store in search for her, we found her, and I asked her if she was going for the Lolita look. She said she was, and I think she was a little nervous.
I really loved her skirt, and asked her where she got it. She was really nice and told me that she found it at a vintage shop.
Wow, I mean, a Dutch vintage shop, I can never find anything even remotely cute at a Dutch vintage shop. And this cute girl, found one of the prettiest skirts ever!!
I had to go after that, I still wonder who the girl was, I never saw her before at a meeting or something.
Well anyway, the night was fun, and we saw some very pretty fireworks. Because of my encounter with the other Loli-girl, I felt very happy the whole night for some reason. ^__^

I was just looking through my Photobucket albums, and found snaps from this very cute dress up game, I just can't remember what it was called and where to play it. It is a very Lolita / Himegyaru like dress-up game.

First snow of the winter, and some good old times

Today the very first snow of this year fell down. It looks so beautifull outside now. It is a cold white winter wonderland


That is the view on my backyard from my bedroom window. As you can see, some snow is still falling down.

Yes the snow is beautifull, but also very scary, I had to drive home through it, and the highway was covered in snow, so that was pretty dangerous.I just kind of hope that this winter will not be as bad as last years winter. It was sooo very cold then

Now for good old times:
Someone sended this picture to me. It is a picture of myself at some festival about 5 or 6 years ago.

I looked so different back then, with shorter black hair with pink extension (not very visible but they are there XD ) And I have such an extremely white face here, I used to use a lot of white face powder hehe XD.
You can see my best friend behind me with her awesome pink furry handcuffs in her hair ^^ She still is my best friend right now, though our styles both changed so much through the past few years. I can't wait to see her again this week when we go see the Mary poppins musical in Scheveningen ^___^
